The 6th of September is a special day for us book lovers: Read a Book Day.
It’s just the perfect day to discover a new book and get lost in it! You don’t need to sit down and complete a whole book (but wouldn’t that be the dream every day?) Whether you’re into fiction or not, it doesn’t matter: there’s no right or wrong to what you want to read!
This day creates the best opportunities to encourage others to pick up a book and get tucked in. Not that us book lovers need a special reason to talk about books all day, every day, but this day just makes it a little more inspiring.
Reading has so many benefits and it’s a good way to raise awareness about them. Some of the benefits include: lowered stress levels, better sleep, improve memory.
Here are some my favourite reads of 2021 so far. I could only include books that made it to the deadline for this day, and all other good books will be added to next years list.

I’ve added the genres underneath the pictures of the books, and if you see anything interesting, just click on the image and you’ll find the review.
Happy reading!
Let me know in the comments what are some of the best books you’ve read so far this year!
