She’s Strong but She’s Tired by R.H. Sin {Book Review}

It’s practically impossible to search for poetry and not have any of R.H. Sin’s pieces come up on your feed.

I’ve read countless pieces from the author and I’ve never come across one that was badly written, lacked context or didn’t stand out with the meaning it was intended to have.

She’s Strong but She’s Tired is the first complete book of poetry I’ve read by R.H. Sin, and I enjoyed every single one.

Thoughts:

I found the book, with all of the pieces, captivating.

Many, as in close to all of them, were thought-provoking and so many topics were covered. Love and loss, heartbreak and depression. Abandonment and abuse, even parental rights and losses.

It’s easy to find yourself drawn into the poetry because it expressed darkness that we all find and feel at some point in our lives.

It’s expressed with positive views as well, embracing you with realistic raw emotion.

My Rating:

The book has a rating of 3.97 on GoodReads. I gave it a 5.
